Triune Music supplied a Rodgers 3-manual Concert Organ for Cameron Carpenter’s appearance with the Grand Rapids Symphony Orchestra on November 4 & 5, 2022.  Cameron performed Barber’s Toccata Festiva, Poulenc’s Concerto for Organ & Strings, and St. Saens’ Symphony #3 (Organ).  The first two selections were performed from memory with an amazing number of pistons and registration changes, showcasing many of the 196 sampled organ voices.  The temporary installation included 16 speakers and 5 sub-woofers which allowed the audience to “feel” the organ sound.  The enthusiastic crowd jumped to their feet to show their appreciation for the magnificent talent exhibited by Cameron and the musicians of the Grand Rapids Symphony.  Cameron played an encore by J.S. Bach at the conclusion of the first half of the program.

The symphony had cameras aimed at Cameron’s hands and feet to show the audience (on large screens) the spectacular pedal cadenza he performed in the Barber Toccata Festiva.

In April 2024 we installed a Rodgers 351 for the performance of Dan Forrest’s REQUIEM.  Dr. Kenneth Bos did a fantastic job on the organ with perfect registrations that complimented the choral ensemble and deep pedal support under the entire orchestra.
